Refund policy


Here at the Marone Boutique we understand that sometimes you may not fully love your purchase or the item doesn’t fit you well.

If this happens and you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 2 days of receiving you order. We offer store credit within 10 days of you submitting your return request. Store credits do not expire and no restocking fees!

Please email us directly to start the return process and send back the merchandise in original condition, must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, if the item is unsellable we will not accept the product and return it back to you.

Shipping return cost will be the customer’s responsibility, please hang on to your shipping receipt until confirmed we have received your product and reviewed the merchandise to issue a store credit.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How long does the return process take ?

From the moment we receive your product we aim to process your return asap. Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, it takes

3-8 business days for our team to process.

You will receive a store credit e-card following.

 

Final sale item ?

We are sorry, but we do not accommodate returns on final sales items. If there is a quality issue with your product, please contact our team.
